Clay Prudhomme With 2015 Mossy Oak/NWTF Junior Title Trophy

Like father, like son. Clay Prudhomme, son of world-class turkey caller, Mark Prudhomme, winner of a record 17 NWTF Grand National Championships, won the 2015 Mossy Oak/NWTF Junior title last weekend.

Prudhomme, 15,  won the Junior title using a Knight & Hale Scarlett Fever glass pot call and the famed Bloodwood Cutter box call.

“Last year I finished second in the Junior division and this year I had a goal to win the championship,” said the 10th grader from Georgetown, South Carolina high school. Clay said “he likes to hunt everything,” when he’s not playing second base or pitching for junior varsity baseball team.

“I’m proud to be associated with Knight & Hale,” Prudhomme said. “Harold Knight and David Hale are two of my idols.”
